Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to use our services. You must complete a medical questionnaire truthfully and accurately to allow our prescribers to assess your suitability for treatment. Proof of identity or residence will be required. Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of treatment and could put your health at risk.
Prescriptions
Viva Life is a prescribing service. Prescriptions are issued, when clinically appropriate, by qualified prescribers. Prescriptions are sent digitally to a General Pharmaceutical Council registered partner pharmacy.
Dispensing
Prescriptions will be sent electronically to our partner pharmacy, which is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Payment for medication is directly to the partner pharmacy and their refund and returns policy applies. Under UK law, once a prescription has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
