Viva Life Menopause
Initial Menopause Consultation
£100 · Online · 45 minutes
Your first step toward personalised, evidence-based menopause care.
Includes:
- Full symptom & health assessment
- Personalised treatment plan
- Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
- Discussion of suitability for HRT
- Prescription may be issued if clinically appropriate
(Cost of medication not included in consultation fee.)
Prescription Process:
If a prescription is issued, it will be sent to our partner pharmacy, who will contact you directly to arrange payment and delivery.
Follow-Up Review Consultation
£50 · Online · 20 minutes (typically at 3 months)
A review appointment to assess progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Includes:
- Symptom review
- Dosage or treatment adjustments
- Continued lifestyle and wellbeing guidance
Prescription Outside of Consultation
£25 · Issued when clinically appropriate
This applies when a prescription is required without a review appointment.
Medication costs vary depending on treatment and will be confirmed by the partner pharmacy before dispensing.
Optional Laboratory Tests
Hormone testing is not usually necessary.
If testing is recommended, we will explain why, how results will inform your care, and all associated costs — giving you full clarity before proceeding.
Medication reviews are normally after three months and then annually thereafter, unless additional appointments are required.

Viva Life Weight Management
How It Works
Step 1 — Eligibility Questionnaire
Complete a short online questionnaire so we can understand your health background, medications, and goals. This helps ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Step 2 — Remote Consultation (£85)
You’ll meet online with a trained pharmacist specialising in weight management. We will review your history, discuss your goals, and develop a personalised treatment plan. If clinically appropriate, a prescription will be issued during this consultation.
Step 3 — Medication Supply
Your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy. They will contact you directly to arrange payment and home delivery of medication. The cost of medication is not included in the consultation fee.
Step 4 — Monthly Reviews (£45 per Reviews are monthly.)
You’ll have monthly reviews to track progress, adjust treatment where required, and maintain motivation. Each month’s prescription is issued if clinically appropriate.
Step 5 — Ongoing Support Between Consultations
You will have access to email support between reviews for guidance, reassurance, and questions whenever needed.
