How It Works

Step 1 — Eligibility Questionnaire

Complete a short online questionnaire so we can understand your health background, medications, and goals. This helps ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Step 2 — Remote Consultation (£50)

You’ll meet online with a trained pharmacist specialising in weight management. We will review your history, discuss your goals, and develop a personalised treatment plan. If clinically appropriate, a prescription will be issued during this consultation.

Step 3 — Medication Supply

Your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy. They will contact you directly to arrange payment and home delivery of medication. The cost of medication is not included in the consultation fee.

Step 4 — Monthly Support & Adjustments (£25 per review)

You’ll have monthly reviews to track progress, adjust treatment where required, and maintain motivation. Each month’s prescription is issued if clinically appropriate.

Step 5 — Ongoing Support Between Consultations

You will have access to email support between reviews for guidance, reassurance, and questions whenever needed.
