How it works
Step 1 — Eligibility questionnaire
Complete a short online questionnaire so we can understand your health background, medicines and goals. This helps us prepare for a safe and appropriate consultation.
Step 2 — Remote consultation (£85)
You’ll meet online with a pharmacist independent prescriber. We review your history, discuss your goals and agree a personalised plan. A prescription is issued during this consultation only if it is clinically appropriate.
Step 3 — Medication supply
If a prescription is issued, it is sent to our partner pharmacy. They contact you to arrange payment and home delivery. The cost of medication is not included in the consultation fee.
Step 4 — Monthly clinical review (£45)
A monthly review covers your progress, any side effects and whether treatment is still suitable. Each month’s prescription is issued only if it is clinically appropriate.
Step 5 — Support between consultations
You can contact us by email between reviews for guidance and questions.
