How it works

Step 1 — Initial consultation (£100)

A 45-minute online consultation to discuss symptoms, health history and goals, and to agree a personalised plan. A prescription is issued only if it is clinically appropriate.

Step 2 — Follow-up review (£50)

An online review of up to 30 minutes to assess progress and adjust treatment. Reviews are typically at 3 months, then annually, unless another appointment is needed.

Step 3 — Repeat Prescriptions (£25)

When treatment is stable and a review is not due, a repeat prescription can be issued if it is clinically appropriate. Medication costs vary and are confirmed by the partner pharmacy before dispensing.

Step 4 — Optional laboratory tests

Hormone testing is not usually necessary. If testing is recommended, we explain why, how the results will inform your care, and the cost, before you decide.
